Engineering Construction Pneumatic Type Grouting Pump Details:

2ZBQ type series pneumatic grouting pump use compressed air as motive power, which can be used safely in the occasion of big pouring water and high gas. Besides, it can run for a long time without the problem of heat. The pump uses the working media (slurry and compressed air) to transfer pressure signal, constituting close loop automatic regulation property. Therefore, there is no the problem of hyperpressure with the simple structure and reliable use. Reversing mechanism of the pump owns atmospheric pressure automatic positioning property without the phenomenon of “automatic stop”.

2ZBQ Pneumatic Grouting Pump Features:

2ZBQ pump can adjust slurry drainage volume and pressure variably and own the property of automatic regulating slurry drainage volume of pump according to the scheduled slurry injection pressure, which can be injected into single slurry, double slurry and chemical slurry. The pump can automatically keep the matching ratio of two kinds of slurry unchanged as the change of slurry injection pressure.
